Pineapple Fried Rice ($5)

The fried rice was average with chinese sausage bits in the rice to add flavouring. Coupling it with the pork floss definitely made the rice more palatable.

Sliced Fish with Sweet and Sour Sauce ($6)

This was just average and the fish was somewhat not marinated well enough.

Claypot Beancurd ($6)

Beancurd is slightly better, however, I would recommend you to try the hotplate version though its a spicy version.

Kuriya Fish Market

Salmon Teriyaki ($9.50)

I would say this is a more special Salmon Teriyaki Bento which I had before. The set came with multi grains rice which tasted more bland than normal rice, but definitely tasty in a way that made me did not feel sick of finishing it. The salmon teriyaki comes in quite a big piece which was nicely cooked, coupled with sweet soy sauce. The great disappointment were the potato croquette and dumpling, as they tasted rather cold.

Wadori Set B ($5.80)

Wadori Set B consists of yakitori (chicken), tsukune (chicken ball), pork belly, tori karaage (deep-fried chicken). The set tasted very average.

Kungfu Paradise

The Duo Master ($12.90++)

We checked out this Hong Kong Cafe located just at the entrance of the Sembawang Shopping Centre. Just like other Hong Kong Cafes, they have a delightful range of variety on their menu and some interesting dishes of their own.

Coincidentally, there was a one-for-one promotion and both of us had "The Duo Master" - chicken chop and fish fillet over baked rice, topped with melted cheese and tomato sauce. The concept of the restaurant is pretty interesting as they named their dishes in creative ways. On the food wise, The Duo Master tasted pretty average.
