Chirashi Jyu is a ricebox with a variety of sashimi, like salmon, tuna etc topped with tobiko. We requested to remove the spring onions and the chef actually decorated the dish with diced cucumbers instead. The sashimi went well with the Japanese rice. I had it with some wasabi and soya sauce to cover-up the rawness and flavoured the dish a little.
The eel taste good and they really give a deep portion of the rice, but it may be a tad bland for people who prefer flavourful food. Overall the Centrepoint branch serves reasonably good food with a nice ambiance.
